COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

In light of the challenging ongoing global COVID-19 situation, RPA would like to take a moment to assure our clients and stakeholders that RPA and its employee co-owners are operating Business As Usual (BAU) and expect to maintain typical capacity during this time.

Our co-owners and clients’ health and well-being are of paramount importance. As such, all co-owners, with a couple of exceptions, are working from home until further notice.  All Co-owners have previously worked from home, and so we have remote access to all our systems and are well placed to provide continuity of service with limited disruption. Co-owners are still available via their personal email addresses and can be reached by calling RPA’s switchboard, 01603 558442. They can also be contacted directly via their direct dial.

In line with worldwide advice, RPA has paused all non-essential business travel. We will work with clients and stakeholders to continue to provide our services on a BAU basis via online or phone-based options.

We are co-ordinating as needed with clients and on projects to discuss any specific impacts/ future risks.
