What's RPA like?
RPA operates an agile working policy allowing flexible working hours and location meaning each employee can manage how often and when they are in the office. We believe this helps our co-owners to have a good work life balance. When you want to be in the office, you can be based in our head office in central Norwich or our hubs in London, Cambridge, the South West or the North West. We are opening more hubs and so are open to new areas.
Our culture is inclusive, diverse, commercial, skilled and knowledgeable. People matter is one of our core values. Being employee owned builds on our culture.
You will normally work on several projects at once and no two projects are the same. You will work on your own and with teams. You will innovate, reuse and adapt and have pride in your output.
Our team thrives in a trusting environment that is focused on quality outcomes.
