Nicole Dangarembizi

Nicole joined RPA in October 2023 and is a part time Researcher in the Environment and Society Team. She recently graduated from the University of East Anglia and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Environmental Science and International Development, after completing an extensive qualitative research project in climate change related flooding and drought events. Currently studying a MSc in Climate Change and Global Development at the University of East Anglia, she is enjoying modules that focus on emission mitigation, climate resilience and global policy.

Since joining RPA, she has contributed to desk-based research for various projects that include flooding and coastal resilience, kelp monitoring and feasibility studies for European markets. As part of these, she has undertaken literature reviews, policy reviews, survey design and stakeholder engagement.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys travelling and often spends her free time in the kitchen – she really knows how to cook a delicious pot of jollof rice!
