Madeleine Starr

Madeleine joined RPA in October 2021 and is a consultant in the Environment and Society Team. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics and has commercial experience in market research.

Since joining RPA, Madeleine has contributed to a variety of projects for public clients, both in the UK and further abroad. These have been on topics such as fisheries, environmental economics and investment in renewable energy. As part of these and further work, she has designed databases, created economic models, conducted stakeholder coordination and engagement, and has contributed to many process, impact, and value for money evaluations.

Outside of work, Madeleine can be found crocheting or attempting to make the world’s best vegan lasagne.
