RPA B Corp Annual Impact Report
We are pleased to share RPA’s B Corp Annual Impact Report.
At RPA, our mission is to help our clients create a better environment and society, so becoming a B Corp was a natural step for our company. It gives us the opportunity to externally validate and ensure alignment with our mission and to continuously improve, moving past the requirements for earning B Corp status.
Being a B Corp is valuable to RPA for three core reasons:
- Accountability: Ensuring high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas of excellence and opportunities for growth to enhance our positive impact
- Stakeholder Trust: Building trust with Co-owners, customers, partners and the community through ethical and sustainable practices
As part of our commitment, we publish an annual impact report and reassess ourselves annually. Our latest report reflects the overall growth in our B Corp score this year due to improvement actions taken in 2023/24.
