Evaluation Framework – Seafood Jobs

RPA is supporting Ipsos and Poseidon Aquatic Resource Management in work for Defra on recruitment and retention within the seafood sector.  The UK Seafood Careers Project is aiming to develop a roadmap to reduce domestic staffing shortages and increase the attractiveness of working within the fisheries, processing and aquaculture industries in the UK. The project involves co-design and co-development with those already working in the seafood sector. Work also includes the development of possible pilot projects and an evaluation framework for later use in assessing the effectiveness of the roadmap.
