Mari Silva

Mari joined RPA in September 2025 as a Researcher in the Chemicals team and has an MChem in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia. She has extensive experience in the food testing sector, having worked in an UKAS accredited laboratory for three years. During her time in industry, she supported customers and technical teams in achieving testing requirements, by identifying customer needs, flagging potential issues and proposing suitable alternatives. She also developed a strong foundation in data analysis and report writing. At RPA, she applies her scientific knowledge and skills developed in industry to understand any impacts of regulatory change and/or developments across a range of industries and sectors.

Mari is a Portuguese native speaker and has a basic understanding of Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring Norwich for new independent cafés.
