Erdem Tursucu

Erdem joined RPA in October 2025 after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of East Anglia (UEA). His studies developed strong analytical skills in economics and policy evaluation, with a focus on how regulation shapes social and market outcomes.

Since joining RPA as a Researcher, Erdem has supported a range of projects within the Chemicals team, contributing to socio-economic and policy analysis for UK and EU clients. He evaluates the costs, benefits, and wider impacts of regulatory measures, combining quantitative and qualitative research to support informed decision-making.

Outside of work, Erdem enjoys football, chess, and going to the gym.
