RPA Growth Plans Supported by Norwich City Council Scheme

Throughout 2024, RPA has undertaken a project to support our future growth plans by enlisting the support and knowledge of Company Shortcuts – and the amazing Nicola Cook – to upgrade our sales and marketing processes.

Over the course of the last 12 months, we have introduced new processes, including hiring a Marketing Coordinator, installing a new CRM system and reviewing our entire sales process to make project delivery a more complete and rewarding process for both our clients and our team.

We look forward to 2025 with our new approach supporting another positive year.
