UK REACH Only Representative services

Non GB manufacturers and formulators may appoint a GB based Only Representative to take on the relevant UK REACH obligations for substances supplied into Great Britain.

RPA can act as UK REACH Only Representative. Our support can include:

  • confirming the substances, products and annual tonnages in scope
  • reviewing relevant product and supply chain information
  • identifying the GB importers or customers covered by the appointment
  • establishing and maintaining OR records
  • collecting and maintaining annual tonnage information
  • confirming the importers or customers covered by the appointment
  • managing routine supply chain communications
  • providing ongoing administration of the OR arrangement

An effective OR arrangement requires clear information about the substances being supplied, annual volumes and the GB supply chain. RPA works with clients to establish and maintain this information as part of the appointment.

 

UK REACH registration support
