Panos is a Director and Head of Chemicals.  He has over 17 years’ experience in undertaking compliance cost assessments, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analyses of potential impacts on industry, workers, consumers and authorities from the implementation of regulatory and policy changes that affect the marketing and use of chemical substances.

Since 2000, I have provided advice to the European Commission, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), EU Government Departments and numerous industrial clients, both large companies and SMEs, as well as trade associations and consortia, on a range of environmental and human health issues arising from the manufacture and use of chemicals and the appraisal of policy options.

Prior to REACH, he was involved in the development of risk reduction strategies and regulatory impact assessments in line with the Existing Substances Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 and UK regulation.

Panos has wide experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high quality written outputs within budget and to agreed deadlines, driven by integrity and independence.
