Lillian Lochner

Lillian Lochner is a Researcher at RPA with a BSc degree in Environmental Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Climate Change and International Development from the University of East Anglia (UEA).  As part of her degrees, Lillian acquired a wide range of knowledge in different sectors including environmental science and management, international relations and environmental law, low carbon energy, economics and sociology. She has particular experience in socio-political consequences of climate change mitigation through research on the Just Transition discourse in Germany. During her degrees she attained strong analytical skills as well as experience in qualitative and quantitative research. Since joining RPA, she has been conducting research and stakeholder engagement and has been involved in several research projects.
