Liam Wakefield

Liam is an experienced researcher who joined RPA in August 2017. He has a Bachelors (Hons) in International Relations and History and has previously worked for the British Red Cross and in a technocratic capacity in Brussels as a European Policy Officer. He is well-versed in both policy and literature reviews of both an academic and technical nature, and regularly conducts legislative analysis, such as when he did so recently for the European Commission, analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of laws across Europe in combating the illicit use of drug precursors.
